Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasionis a type of physical superficial peeling of the skin, which

as a result, dead layers are removed from the skin and local blood circulation improves

circulation.

It is done using a vacuum head and is of two types

1. Sandblasting, in which aluminum oxide is used as an abrasive

   sand (this version is currently out of date and has been superseded by the next

   version)

   
   

2. Diamond dermabrasion, in which the abrasive is metallic

   the diamond dust attached to the head

According to the expected result and the goal of the intervention, we can choose a diamond

heads that come in different calibers and have different levels of hardness.

For a more shallow and delicate result, we choose a medium-sized, flat head

(lateral region, around the mouth, in the nose region), for work on the body

we can give preference to a large caliber, rougher head, because

the skin on the body is thicker.

The strength of the vaccum is also controllable, which should be applied to thinner areas of the skin

The execution process:

• Make-up removal with micellar water

• Foam wash

• Processing with hexilock

• We turn on the device, select the head and the vacuum power

• The actual procedure is performed on completely dry skin.

We fix it with two fingers and make linear movements, like short strokes, avoiding excessive stretching and damage to the skin as much as possible.

We can make vertical and horizontal movements in the direction of the massage lines

• We pay attention to the strength of the vaccum, adjust it according to the skin's response, avoiding bruises (petechiae).

• We apply a cloth or cream mask

• We finish the procedure with sunscreen.

The procedure is performed 5-10 times with 7-14 day intervals. We avoid doing it during the active solar period.
