Q-Switch laser removal of pigments Evo-Q PLUS Star
About the Service
Removal of pigmentselvimed is implemented inEvo Q + Star 1 through the equipment
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE METHOD
A module that emits light waves with a length of 1064 nm is used for the treatment of pigmentation. Under their influence, the melanin pigment contained in the cells is destroyed and crushed under the photomechanical/photoacoustic laser effect.
The small particles are captured by macrophages, cells that can engulf foreign bodies, and exit the body via the lymphatic system. The peculiarity of this method is that only the target chromophore, melanin, is susceptible to the influence of light waves of this length. In this case, the rest of the structure of skin cells is not affected.
ADVANTAGES:
Unlike other Q-Switch lasers, the Lumenis M22 platform module provides deeper penetration of light beams. This makes it suitable for the treatment of cutaneous hypermelanocytosis (melasma).
This technique has been successfully used to remove pigmented growths in dark-skinned patients. The procedure is practically painless and comfortable for the patient. The treatment gives a fairly quick and pronounced result
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Laser pigmentation treatment by a cosmetologist is not performed if the patient has a history of the following pathologies:
Oncological diseases
Mental disorders
Bleeding disorders
Keloid scar formation
Allergic reaction to ultraviolet light
Epilepsy
Diabetes mellitus in the stage of decompensation

Pregnancy and lactation
Exacerbation of chronic diseases
Acute form of viral or bacterial infections
Skin inflammation in the intended treatment area
Tanning in the solarium or in natural conditions 3-4 weeks before the procedure
Hyperpigmentation is less pronounced within 2-3 weeks after the first procedure, when the pigment particles destroyed by macrophages are removed from the skin cells.
A session of several procedures is necessary to completely remove pigment changes. Their number depends on the etiology of the formation, as well as on the individual characteristics of the patient.
On average, the sessions vary between 5 and 8 visits, which are carried out at intervals of 3-4 weeks.
